Outstanding service!! Tiffany is a subject-matter expert on how to converse with prospective new patients. Office staff was very helpful and efficient. The staff at Open MRI was very friendly and helpful. I was greeted with warmth when I arrived. The MRI tech, Pat, was extremely supportive and friendly. I’m claustrophobic so I have to take a calming medication when I have an MRI procedure. Pat was very understanding and helped me tremendously as I had the scan. He really helped me calm down and be still during the scan. I was dreading the MRI and the Open MRI staff made it very easy for me.

My name is Jennicel Bolanos. I’m extremely claustrophobic and I didn’t even have to take the pill to relax because Pat, the mri technician, took the time to prepare me psychologically. He was in no rush and I was very comfortable and relaxed after he talked to me. I had many mris in the past and I had bad experiences and panic attacks because the technicians weren’t good.
