After a long drawn out no end in site delivery my item ended up being transferred to Armstrong. I was given their contact information to set up delivery. At first I thought here we go again dealing with another delivery company who is going give me empty promises. I was wrong! Renea responded quickly to my email and remained in daily contact until my item was delivered, which was on the 3rd day. The delivery gentleman were courteous, careful and safe at their job. I suggest big box companies begin using delivery services offered by Armstrong who actually cares about customer services rather than others who you are just a number to (they know who they are). Thanks Armstrong for the service.
