Q:I have a # 400B swing water hose reel that won't stay on the water supply pipe. I need to order a new latch(key) that keeps the reel on the pipe. Can I order a new latch or is there a better retrofit to keep the reel on the pipe?

I'm not sure. I think they specialize in valves. You may have to contact them for that information.
